Project Terms and Cancellations
At Mobiz India, we are committed to delivering high-quality IT services. Because our services involve custom software development, web development, and dedicated time, our refund policies are subject to project-specific agreements.
Refund terms depend heavily on the stage of development. Once a project has commenced and resources have been allocated, refunds may be prorated or non-applicable depending on the milestones achieved.
Specific refund and cancellation terms will be outlined in your individual project contract or statement of work. Approvals on design and functionality milestones generally mark non-refundable stages of the project.
Costs incurred for third-party services (e.g., domain names, hosting, premium plugins, API licenses, cloud infrastructure) on behalf of the client are strictly non-refundable.
If a project is cancelled by the client, Mobiz India reserves the right to retain payments for the work completed up to the date of cancellation.
